Get a bigger size than you think and then get riding! I’ve now used these shorts for a couple of 25-30 miles rides and they’ve served me well. Before, if I would try a longer ride like this with just normal shorts and underwear, I’d come home with a rash and sore. After my rides with these shorts, I’ve been impressed with how well I’ve still felt at the end.
