Good for no more than 40 miles max. To start, the overall fit of the shorts is true to size. I am 6’2″ 190lbs 31″ waist, and size Large felt just a touch roomy while going commando. This wasn’t a problem for me and was actually preferred. What was a problem, however, is their comfort.
