I like these liners a lot. I generally wear a size 14 and ordered extra large as most bike shorts tend to run small if anything. As other reviewers mention, the shorts do run large. The large would probably be a better fit but I sort of like the looser fit on these. They don’t indent your legs like other shorts and yet they still stay in place. The padding is very cushy yet it is flexible and doesn’t give you that diaper feel that some bike shorts have. I wear them under regular shorts when I want a more casual…

Great liner This liner is exactly what I was looking for — something to wear under my regular pants and shorts to give me medium cushioning while riding. And the price is reasonable. So many of these cycling shorts are crazy-expensive.

Great padded shorts for a newbie taking up spinning class! I just started taking spinning classes at my gym and I suffered through two weeks of classes 3-4 times a week before I decided to purchase “cycling” shorts. Cycling in general is an expensive sport and I couldn’t justify purchasing expensive shoes, shorts, etc. being a newbie and just for an indoor spinning class, but I was definitely going to invest in the minimum of comfort by getting padded shorts!
