Comfy to wear I am just starting to walk and eventually run, and find that I am super thirsty, and without water, the whole thing sucks. This is a SMALL amount of water, 10 ounces is just over 1 cup. The QuickShot Plus is exactly what I wanted. I have used fuel belts in the past but find them a bit bulky when I run. The QuickShot has an adjustable Velcro strap and a small zip-up compartment in the front for keys, tissues, cash/credit card. The flask is not insulated like other models from Nathan, but you can always put ice inside. I’ve washed it a few times with my running gear inside a small laundry bag.
