Comfortable, inexpensive I bought these because without padded pants my butt got sore very quickly on my mountain bike. Bike shorts at local shops are very expensive and in the springtime in Vermont it is too cold for shorts. So padded underwear is the ideal solution. Tend to ride up thighs They are lightweight, fairly cool, but always ride up on my thighs–feels like I’m wearing tighty-whities. I also bought one size larger that what I normally wear based on the reviews, but that was a mistake. They fit as the label size indicates.
Lightweight mesh but some uncomfortable seams For the price these are okay shorts. I like the mesh and pad, but they tend to ride up on long rides and some of the seams start to feel really unpleasant in sensitive areas! They’re good as a back up but I don’t use these everyday.
