Pearl Izumi Men’s Canyon Shorts, Shadow Grey, Small
October 15, 2015 - Comment
The Canyon short has the shortest inseam of the collection and finds use both on the trails or on bike paths for those riders who are less comfortable in form fit pieces.

A Great Pair of Bike Shorts Simple. These are nice and light; they have an adjustable waist; there’s one big pocket with a zipper; the liner is comfortable…there’s nothing to gripe about. I’m about 6’4″ and I have a 34″ waist. The inseam on these shorts is nice and long, and the fit around the waist is good in the L size.
Solid Pair of Canyon Shorts These shorts feel and look good and are thin. Good for aeration while biking.
Why attach the liner Pearl Izumi? I have two pair of the previous version of these shorts and love them. I bought this updated version and found the liner to be sewn into the shorts. They just don’t feel the same and I found them uncomfortable. Fortunately, the liner is only sewn to the shorts at the back. Using a pair of scissors, I cut the liner and removed it from the shorts. Now they are great shorts again. To be fair, I wear Pearl Izumi’s liner bib shorts and I don’t like just liner shorts.
