They have a little more flex in … I have been wearing the pearl izumi pro bib shorts over the last 3 years. When those became no longer available I ordered these Escape Pro Bibs and I have to say these are super comfortable. They have a little more flex in them for comfort on long 4 plus hour rides and the chamois is more comfortable which I appreciate a lot. If you are racing you may not want these but for endurance cycling this fit the bill perfectly.
