Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes! Pearl Izumi loves to tinker with their product lines…it seems like every season they make some kind of change to their designs. This is my first 2013(?) model In R Cool bib shorts I’ve bought, and yes, they are changed in comparison to last season’s model. The materials seem to be similar, but they made changes to the bib shape. The bib comes down lower in front, which is a good thing. It is much easier to go to the bathroom, and you don’t feel like you are wearing a girdle in front…

Just what I was looking for I got these to replace some shorts that I started out riding with that were also PI Pro series. The shorts I had were definitely worn out, after close to 2500 miles and numerous hand washings.
