Good quality, pretty big pad. I bought these and a pair of Nishiki liner shorts. The Nishiki fits much better, and the padding is less obtrusive.UPDATE – I realized after wearing that I received the wrong size – first time that’s happened! Given proper sizing, the shorts are a good deal, especially if you want a lot of padding.

very confortable Not too tight in the thighs, and well cushioned. The small hole make them nice and breathable. I wear them under pants when it’s cool or my cycle skirt when it’s warm. I now have four pairs.
