Thin material, fit on thighs wasn’t for me I returned this item. I do love pearl Izumi cycling shorts and have several pairs; however, I didn’t like these. The material was thinner than I like, the rear didn’t fit well, and the legs had a unique overlapping band that wasn’t for me once i tried them on. I think they would fit better on someone with thin thighs. For ref, I’m 5’4″, weigh 128 lbs and am reasonably fit.
Cheap. I bought a medium; I am 5’6″ 133 lbs. The fit is fine and the cut is cute. However, I would expect fabric this cheap from dollar store lingerie. I would be afraid to put them in the washing machine. They are going back.
Too Thin The wide band on waist and legs were fine. Actually quite comfortable. But overall the fabric is too thin. It’s more of an under-short fabric. It isn’t see through. But I felt uncomfortable. Also, the shorts have very little compression.
