These would probably be good for a sport where you’re falling on the sides … These would probably be good for a sport where you’re falling on the sides of your hips somehow since there is padding on all sides, but I would NOT recommend these for snowboarding. There is padding in the butt area, but it doesn’t cover the whole area and it seems there is zero padding right where you tend to fall on your butt.
