To a cyclist, riding a century, completing a tour, and going for long training rides takes time. A cyclist’s best friend during long rides is usually comfort and one of the best places to start is with your shorts. The women’s Century short is made from a soft stretchy fabric that feels like cotton, the 88% polyester/12% nylon material supports and compresses your leg muscles during exercise to reduce fatigue. The cycling pad is one of our thickest (11mm) and the dense foam construction provides lasting support during long rides and tours. Soft silicone leg grippers will help keep the pad in place after each pedal stroke and the 8-panel construction allows the short to form perfectly to your leg. All seams feature smooth, flat lock stitching and all shorts are made in the USA.

The heavier padding makes long rides more comfortable. Resently, I went on a twenty mile bike ride in windy 30 degree weather. I put a pair of thermal tights…
